Karen E. Daley
Karen E. Daley is the founder of Homeland Title & Escrow, Ltd. Karen received her education at the University of Maryland, College Park and has 36 years of experience with the real estate market and title business. Karen previously was a successful real estate agent and sold over $30 million dollars in real estate in an eight-year time span. She was honored as the “Rookie of the Year” for her agency, her first year in the business. In 1994, Karen founded Homeland Title and has successfully grown the business.
Carolyn Broseker, Esquire
President and CEO
Carolyn Broseker is President and CEO of Homeland Title. She received her B.A. from University of Pittsburgh in both History and Political Science and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in commercial law. She has over 20 years of experience in real estate law. Before joining Homeland Title & Escrow in 2005, Carolyn practiced commercial law for large law firm based out of Philadelphia. She is a member of the Maryland Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar, a member of the Maryland Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is a Maryland Notary Public and a licensed settlement attorney.
David joined Homeland Title in 2018, after experiencing notable success as a real estate investor in Maryland. Prior to this, he worked primarily in the healthcare sector in Washington, D.C. and brings over 10 years of sales and management experience to the table. Through this, along with his real estate projects, David has engaged and negotiated with realtors, lenders, and investors alike, which has enabled him to gain a detailed understanding of the settlement process. David is native to Anne Arundel County, and after several years spent living in Northern Virginia, has settled back home as a resident of Annapolis, Maryland. David is a licensed Settlement Officer and a Maryland Notary Public.
Erin came to Homeland Title in March of 2007 after working in the Mortgage business. Her extensive experience in both the mortgage and title business enables her to provide her clients with a clear understanding of the settlement process. Erin is a native to Anne Arundel County and has lived and worked in the area for over 30 years. She is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association and the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors. Erin is a licensed Settlement Officer and a Maryland Notary Public.
Lisa McCarthy was born in Massachusetts and moved to Maryland in 2000. She has been in the title industry since 2001, so her years of experience give her a well-rounded knowledge of real estate transactions from beginning to end. She prides herself with providing exceptional, personalized service always and making every settlement as smooth as possible. Lisa currently lives on Kent Island in Queen Anne’s County, where she is very involved with myltiple organizations including Queen Anne’s County Chamber of Commerce, Chesapeake Women’s Network, and the Bay Area Association of Realtors. Lisa enjoys handling all types of closings, and has a special passion for Reverse Mortgage closings. She is well versed with the Reverse Mortgage products, enabling her to understand and explain any concerns that may arise at the closing. Lisa is a licensed settlement officer and Maryland Notary Public.
